Always know who's available to respond

Feature Overview

Who's Responding provides members with the capability to indicate that they are, or will be, unavailable to respond to any callouts.

For example, if a member has a meeting, they can toggle a slider to indicate that they are currently unavailable, and then toggle it back when the meeting is finished.

It is also possible for members to create a schedule of dates and times that they know they will be unavailable, for example if they are taking a vacation or a business trip, or have a doctor's appointment.

What happens if an alert is sent while a member is unavailable?

The member will still be notified, however they are given the option to disable sound while they are unavailable. This option will also disable Virtual Pager, to avoid any unwanted interruptions.

Can members still use the app as normal if they are unavailable?

Yes, all features of the app function exactly the same (with the exception of notification sounds and Virtual Pager if sound is turned off), although if a member indicates that they are responding, their status will automatically change back to Available.
